• How much does WordPress maintenance cost?

  For a monthly fee of £49, our core service includes:

  Updates for WordPress Core, themes, and plugins.

  Scheduled backups according to your site/publishing schedule.  Our maintenance package delivers backups to a cloud provider of your choosing, or we can set one up for you.

  You can choose to upgrade with our bolt on packages. 

  Our Bolt on packages include a performance and a security package.

  The core package costs £49/pm

  The performance package costs £69/pm and includes the core package.

  The security package costs £89/pm and includes the core package.

  If you wish to bolt on either the performance package or the security package to the core package mid contract a new annual service period would begin.

  For just £99/pm we can offer you complete round the clock 24/7 peace of mind for your WordPress website.

• What services do you provide?

  Our service includes updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins. We team up with you to set up scheduled backups that match your website's requirements and preferences.

  We cover security auditing, lockdown, scanning, and cleanup. Additionally, you can sign up for our Website Firewall with Sucuri CloudProxy to boost performance and prevent attacks.

  If you're interested in improving your site's performance, we offer a bolt-on that includes auditing and performance measuring, such as Google PageSpeed Insights and Web Vitals scores. This will involve image optimisation, compression, database optimisation, caching, CDN implementation, request minimisation, minifying, and other similar tasks.

• Can you update the content on my WordPress website?

  Our WordPress maintenance service is designed to help you keep your website safe and secure. If you need content updates for your website, we can certainly help but our content services are not included in this offer.

• Are updates and fixes unlimited?

  BBI Brandboost's Core subscription includes routine updates, backups, and an hour of troubleshooting (or rollback to the latest backup) if any error or break is caused by an update made by our team on your website.

  We don't provide unlimited free fixes, but offer high-quality on-demand developer support whenever you need it.

• I have a slow WordPress website, can you help?

  Yes. Our Core + Performance service is especially suited to slow WordPress websites. 

  WordPress websites are built differently so results may vary between builds due to the complexity, code and build quality of a site. If your site is running on a slow server this can also affect how fast it loads. For best results, we recommend hosting with us on our premium, highly optimised for WordPress hosting platform.

• My website has been hacked, can you help?

  Yes. Our Core + Security maintenance package is perfect. We offer unlimited malware removal for hacked sites as well as security patching and a firewall to ensure nothing bad happens to your WordPress website. By the way, this service is also available to websites built on other platforms as a standalone service, contact us for further information.

• Am I tied into a contract?

  All services are for a minimum 12-month period.

• Can I upgrade / Downgrade my package

  If you are on Core + Performance you can upgrade your package. Contact us for details

  If you are on Core + Security, unfortunately we cannot downgrade your package. This is due to the upfront costs of setting up the package. Once it is set up, its is set up for the year.

• Do you have WordPress experts in-house?

  Yes. Our entire team is based in-house at our offices based in High Wycombe. Our team is very dedicated and knowledgable on everything WordPress.
