Clement Clarke International is a leading supplier of healthcare products, and part of a larger multinational corporation. In its industry, it is known as having the highest standard for Expiratory Flow Measurement.
Clement Clarke International has diversified its range of peak flow meters, adapting and developing current products in order to continually fit the needs of patients and physicians, along with new innovations. Today, their range of respiratory medical devices covers diagnosis, monitoring and treatment over a wide spread of respiratory conditions.
We were asked to rebuild their E-Commerce website, as a separate entity from the main corporate website, making sure it would integrate perfectly with their chosen payment gateway and provide an element of bespoke functionality.
The Work
Understanding Clement Clarke International’s targeted audiences, business objectives and website architecture meant that BBI Brandboost could begin to create an e-commerce module bespoke to their needs.
Part of the specific requirement was allowing end customers to indicate whether they were eligible for VAT exemption on certain products due to medical conditions, and if so, to make sure they were not charged VAT on those products at the checkout.
Using our preferred CMS, DotNetNuke, together with an e-commerce module, we built the online shop covering Clement-Clarke's wide range of healthcare products, with the bespoke VAT requirement implemented through customised configuration of the e-commerce module and its settings.
The Outcome
Clement-Clarke's online shop is available to visit now and has provided a continually successful functionality for its users.
