BBI “Desborados” team claim victory!

At BBI Brandboost we love a really good pub quiz, especially if it’s in aid of a great cause like Children in Need. And at our excellent local, the Rose & Crown in Desborough Road, High Wycombe on Thursday 12th November, that was what we had.

It ticked all the boxes for:

• A terrific variety of questions
• An answer checking system that would have satisfied the Electoral Reform Society
• Good humoured competitive spirit among all teams taking part
• Generous and friendly hospitality from the pub – many thanks to landlord Cedric and his helpers!

Naturally, the evening was made all the more enjoyable because our company team the Desborados (the bandits of Desborough Road) won the coveted first prize after a close run contest ending in a nail-biting tie-breaker.

It is also worth mentioning, with the utmost modesty of course, that this is the second time that the Desborados have taken part in a pub quiz and, well actually, it’s not the first time we’ve won!
